They took my money 10 days ago, and now ghost me! I cannot get a reply from anything other than an AI entity. I want to speak to someone live on the phone. They disconnected their customer service number, making everyone use their portal, chatbot, or email.
They haven't updated their portal on my account for 10 days - the response from email and chatbot is the same - 'we'll be in touch within 24-48 hours.' Which is a lie!
It's been 10 days! I'm done with the niceties - they just need to call me!

- On 11/16/25, changed to tirzepatide; tirzepatide was charged but semaglutide was sent, and support was slow with no resolution.
I put in a medication change on 11/16/25 from the semaglutide to the tirzepatide. They charged me for tirzepatide but sent semaglutide.
There's no customer service number, so I made a virtual appointment. The doctor said they should have sent the tirzepatide and she would look into it. I also had started a chat, but it took weeks to get a final response as well, where they stated they didn't make a mistake.
I'm still trying to get this resolved, but it looks like it will not. I don't understand how they can get away with this looking at all the bad reviews online.
